Therapy: Why Don't Some People Heal?

https://ezinearticles.com/?Therapy:-Why-Dont-Some-People-Heal?&id=10193974
There are, of course, a number of reasons as to why someone would end up having therapy or working with a healer. For example, they could be in a position where they have mental and emotional problems, their relationships might not be going as they want them to go and/or they may have only been able to get so far in life.
No matter what is going on for them, they would have done the right thing by reaching out for support. Simply tolerating what they are going through and suffering in silence wouldn't have served them.
The First Step
During their first session, they will be able to open about what has been going on for them. Perhaps one has a rough idea as to why their life is the way it is or it could be a total mystery.
If it is a mystery, the therapist/healer may ask them a number of different questions in order to get a better idea of what is going on for them. This might be something that takes up most of the session or it might not take long at all.
One Challenge
So, let's say that one has mental and emotional problems; it could become clear that they have experienced trauma. This may have been something that they experienced in their adult life or it could go back even further.
Once this has become clear, they could end up working through what happened and start to integrate what took place. There can be the beliefs that need to be brought to the light and questioned and the emotional pain that needs to be processed, for instance.
Another Challenge
If ones relationships are not in a good way, what could gradually become clear is that they don't value themselves. Maybe their younger years were a time when they were not given the love that they needed.
After this has been established, this could be a time when they will look into the thoughts that they experience and the beliefs they are carrying. One can then start to change the thoughts that run through their mind and the beliefs that they have.
A Different Challenge
Then again, if one has only been able to get so far in life, it could also show that they don't value themselves. As with the case above, their early years may have been a time when they were not given the support and encouragement that they needed to develop in the right way.
After this has been discovered, they may also look into the thoughts that they have and what they believe. Changing both of these things, along with their behaviour can be the next thing that takes place.
A Straight Forward Process
Regardless of which of these challenges someone has, once they have started to work on what is taking place inside them, their life may begin to change. They will then have located what the blocks were and they will be doing what they need to do to work through them.
Thanks to how responsive they are to what is taking place, they might not need many sessions. They will have wanted to move forward and the fact that their life is changing will prove this.
Another Scenario
However, although someone can have the desire to change their life, it doesn't mean that their life will actually change. Thanks to having mental emotional problems, relationships problems or trouble moving forward in life, they will have reached out for support but, they may find that they only get so far
This can be a time when they will change their thoughts and beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and work through trauma, for instance. One will then be doing a number of things, and even have an endless amount of sessions, yet it will be as if they are not doing anything.
Confusion
As a result of this, one can end up experiencing fair amount of frustration and they can wonder if their life will ever change. If they felt powerless in the beginning, they could feel extremely powerless now.
At this stage, they might start to think about if someone or something out there is holding them back. They will want to move forward, so they will believe that what is going on doesn't have anything to do with them.
A Deeper Look
Now, while they will want their life to change, it doesn't mean that ever part of their being is on board with this. In other words, another part of them may believe that their survival would be put at risk if their life was to change.
What this comes down to is that the only way that one will be able to change their life is if they feel safe enough to do so. This means that they will have to feel safe at the core of their being; without this, they will only get so far.
Two Levels
Another way of looking at this would be to say that consciously they want one thing but unconsciously they want something else. Until their unconscious mind is on board with what their conscious mind wants, they won't be able to transform their life.
If they were able to take a step back and to connect with what it taking place at a deeper level, they may find that they have a fear of being harmed and/or abandoned. Experiencing life as they are will be painful, but changing their life will be seen as something that would be even more painful.
Awareness
If one can relate to this, it will be essential for them to gradually work through the trauma that is being held in their body. It could take a little while for this to take place, yet this will most likely be what liberates them.
What they fear will happen, if their life changes, is likely to be something that did happen when they were younger. Ultimately, the more integrated they become and the safer they feel in their own body, the easier it will be for them to change their life.

Make Your Inner Critic Pay Rent

https://ezinearticles.com/?Make-Your-Inner-Critic-Pay-Rent&id=10165402
I know plenty of people who struggle with meditation. They'll say something like it doesn't interest them, they can't sit still, or they gave it a go and it didn't work.
It might even be true.
But for many people, they don't like coming face-to-face with that voice inside your mind. You know the one I mean - the one that whispers horrible things to you about your looks, talents, successes, failures, prospects and worthiness to keep breathing.
The sorts of things you'd never say to another person, even your worst enemy.
It's always there, anticipating your mistakes, just waiting for the chance to laugh at you.
So if this voice, or the deeper well of anxiety and insecurity it comes from, won't leave you alone, then it's time to take control.
But you don't gain control by fighting it.
Think of this inner critic like a neighbouring kingdom... with an enormous army. Much stronger than yours. If you fight it head on, not only will it not work, but you'll hand it even more real estate and power.
How would you fight such an adversary?
With kindness and curiosity.
Don't think of these as soft. It takes real strength to say, with full kindness, "really? I don't think that's true - what makes you so sure?"
Especially to someone attacking you, and even if that someone is you.
These can give you control over the volume... or maybe its air supply. If you're patient, you can starve it out.
But you're right to not want to settle for that.
After all, I bet it's been hassling you for a long, long time. Driving it from its home - your head - is too good for it.
It's about time it compensated you for it.
Why shouldn't it? Should this, the worst tenant of all time, be allowed to live anywhere rent-free? Especially some real estate as valuable as your noggin?
Surely not.
Maybe it's time you demand your inner critic starts paying its share. And not just paying rent from now on, either. It owes you plenty of backpay, not to mention all the damages it needs to cover.
There's no need to evict it. Show it mercy, bring it into line and put it to work.
Because this voice sure is creative. It used to have fun concocting the worst-case scenarios for you.
So use that creativity. Make it devise best-case scenarios instead... with a plan to get there.
And you know it's persistent, so use that too.
If it wants to keep scrutinising your life, let it find the ways you're doing well. Allow it to offer constructive suggestions for improvement.
Heck, you can put a leash on the inner critic and walk it round the block if you want.
After all, it's yours. No one else can tell you what to do with it, not even that voice.
Silencing it frees up a surprising amount of mental resources. That alone makes you feel smarter, faster, cleaner and happier. When you turn those resources to your own needs, you feel even better.
You can begin that simple self-improvement technique now.
And enjoy its benefits for the rest of your life.
If you really want to take your mind to new places? To improve more you dreamed possible?
You might want to read about this mind training program:

Wherever You Go, Go With All Your Heart

https://ezinearticles.com/?Wherever-You-Go,-Go-With-All-Your-Heart&id=10081327
While world occasions are occurring at a confounding rate, an ever-increasing number of individuals are arousing to the requirement for positive change that speaks to the kindest parts of humankind. The call to appear every day as our best self In other words, wherever you go, run with your entire being.
Envision the confident effect in the event that we were to all focus on including more heart wherever we pass by expanding our consideration, sympathy and resistance of other's perspectives.
When we purposefully include heart wherever we go, we are decidedly affecting the lively condition around us. With each caring word verbally expressed and each sympathetic or minding activity, we add to co-making another world dependent on heart esteems that recuperate, and support others just as our self. To show delightfully what including heart can achieve, we need to impart to you a few anecdotes about individuals who are devoted to doing precisely that.
These people were respected for their empathetic and minding heart work, giving guide, solace, sanctuary and want to numerous around the globe. Adding more heart characteristics to an incredible majority associations and nature is something we can each do. It costs nothing, yet it is a standout among the most profitable commitments we can make for co-making a world we need our youngsters to live in.
The all out advancement of your identity and what you need and how you feel... is fundamental to accomplishing your objectives both in your own and expert life.
Once there used to be high ethics and morals in the working environment and the desires for your own life were private and non-comprehensive.
The fact of the matter is there is ought to be no contrast between our internal individual work and those of our expert achievement - our entire self is the thing that we ought to convey to work and what we ought to bring home-in the event that you need to be fruitful over the long haul the best practice is the least difficult truth: wherever you go, run with your entire existence.
In the event that you convey your entire self to work and you lead from your heart you will be bound to be the individual who minds more, shares more, sees more, says more, believes more, hears more and is loved more.
Bringing your entire heart and ceaselessly building up your own dominance is similarly as critical as authority development and initiative development is similarly as essential as hierarchical development every last bit of it matters- every last bit of it is interrelated.
Wherever you go, run with everything that is in you. Time and again we do things irresolutely, in light of the fact that we truly would prefer not to yet we feel committed here and there. Life is too short to even think about wasting time doing things that you are not energetic about.
You are basically killing time until you leave this world and not really exploiting the open doors that god is putting forth you. Put your heart into everything that you do and do it to the best of your capacity and you will lead a real existence loaded with wealth unimaginable regardless of whether you never accomplish material riches or acclaim and big name status.
Do what you cherish, invest energy going where you need to be and with those that you really care about, and be enthusiastic about everything that you do. When you do this your life will be full and you will be content regardless of where you end up.
Live with no excuses and dare to dream and make it happen. Life is what you make it.

One Secret Of Hidden Fear That No One Talks About!

Rita was sitting on her back porch watching the darkness of night creep softly into the heavens. She looked in wonderous awe as the stars began lighting up the sky while dancing with delight. The mountain air soothed her soul. Yet she couldn't find peace.
Reflecting on her past and The Mystery at West Samms, she once again asked God why did this happen?
Rita was desperate to learn the reason and her heart ached with despair. It just didn't make sense that she lost everything she owned to Phantoms of Identity Theft.
Twenty eight years of hard dedicated work along with one million dollars in secure investments, life insurance, bank accounts and lost credit vanished within two weeks. The pain of her 2004 tragedy haunted her.
Rita didn't quit after her loss, she turned her attention to the internet. She learned quickly that there were even more Phantoms with online businesses. What little money she had she invested in every business model she could find. Yet regardless of her hard work and long hours, she just couldn't create a steady flow of money.
Rita built thousands of down-line members and continued to lose because of greed with a few business owners. Moving on she found a global company with excellent reviews and great products. Building a huge down-line this time was easy. And she made money for eight months.
Until she received a call from the CEO of the company that she nor her down-line would receive any commissions. The company abruptly closed its doors and dismantled the business structure. She was devastated.
And this was only the beginning of that online journey, Rita had to rebuild that million dollar nest egg again. She had never intentionally hurt anyone; what kind of Karma is this she asked. Rita prayed daily for answers and received nothing. Her life ruined for what reason?
After the bliss of her evening with nature watching the stars dance in the heavens, Rita once again asked God why her life wasn't working in her favor. She closed her eyes and waited. This time fourteen years later her mind accepted the open door of truth. She recognized her fear. God answered her prayer.
Rita built her million dollar retirement because of the fear of living on social security. This driven fear not only created a loss, but continued that loss for years to come.
Now at the age of sixty-seven Rita was living on Social Security. Her emotional passion of fear created exactly what fear does, it manifested itself into her reality and didn't leave.
Do you have a deep seeded fear? If so, please read these words carefully. Emotions manifest what we feel, not what we want.
Our emotions create our success or failure in life. Our subconscious mind totally believes what our conscious mind tells us. In Rita's life her emotional fear of living on Social Security was real and that's exactly what her subconscious mind brought to her.

How to Escape Stress Through Embodiment Practice

More on EMBODIMENT.
Between my first and second years of graduate school, I spent the summer teaching juggling and yoga for Supercamp. This was an innovative camp aimed at helping students discover joy in learning along with tools to enhance their education.
As for my own education, I was overwhelmed and felt out of my league. I was dreading going back to school with the endless requirements of reading and writing. I felt stressed out just thinking about it.
As the summer days faded, I sat on a beautiful deck looking up at the mountains of Kirkwood Meadows near Lake Tahoe with a friend. As I told him of my stress thinking about going back to school, he introduced me to the I Ching and suggested I "consult" it.
The guidance was simple, "MEDITATE." That consultation began my lifelong journey with meditation. Meditation is a form of resourcing, it increases our capacity to be here and now rather than there and then and so much more.
Nonetheless, my journey with meditation has evolved to include practices and processes that generally release the practitioner from long-held patterns while revealing states of awareness that are spacious and uncluttered. They also support the development of authentic CONFIDENCE and EASE of being.
The integration methods used by AAIT practitioners, act as a bi-directional arrow. They can address reactivity or install habits, qualities, and traits that will forward goals. This reactive and proactive attention is like a daily dip in the well, restoring and replenishing.
Below are practices ANYONE who knows how to Google can use to RESOURCE through EMBODIMENT:
  • - 3 Minute Breathing Space - this focused meditation comes from Mindfulness-Based Treatments for depression.
  • - Ho'oponopono - this collection of phrases can be repeated like a prayer or a mantra as you think of yourself or another. The traditional statements are "I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you." I add, "I forgive you."
  • - Metta - lovingkindness meditation is a luscious way to increase a feeling of connection and lovingkindness towards self and others.
  • - Exercise - regularly tending to our bodies with kind attention through exercise is a well-documented means of returning to the well and restore ourselves.
For AAIT practitioners and our clients, consider the creative application of the following methods for proactive resourcing:
  • - Basic PEAT
  • - Deep PEAT 4 - Golden Shadow
  • - Pair a Day
  • - Fingertip Method
  • - Integra Protocol
What else do you use to resource? AND what tips can you share that support the development of an embodiment home practice?

Gratitude - Inspirational Speech GET GRATEFUL

A Month of Gratitude

Almost everyone is into challenges these days.
If you own a fitness monitor, no doubt you are well aware of them: "Mary M challenges you to the workday hustle." Because I have such a device, I receive challenges constantly. (For the record, I don't accept them. Please don't invite me.)
Recently, the craze which spread across the globe was the Ice Bucket Challenge. In this seemingly masochistic event, a bucket of ice and wa-ter was dumped over a person's head to promote awareness of ALS (amy-otrophic lateral sclerosis) and encourage donations. I was never sure the relationship between them, but, what the heck, it was for a good cause.
At the risk of being judgmental (okay, I'll own it; I am judging), some challenges are simply downright weird. As illustration, the "eat it or wear it challenge," where participants each place one food into one of a series of numbered paper bags. A bowl with folded slips of numbered pa-per, each corresponding to a bag, is passed among the contributors and each takes a turn choosing a number. He or she then has to either eat a spoonful of the food in that bag, or must wear said food. Yep, you read that right. It's weird, isn't it?
Anyway, tips to make this more stimulating include choosing foodstuffs such as baby food, hot sauce, and horseradish. The question remains, "Why would anyone do this?" Unsure. However, it's safe to assume a prerequisite for this challenge is possession of way too much time on one's hands, and a worrisome lack of culinary and fashion senses.
That said, I have a challenge for you. Don't worry, you won't have to protect your clothing.
Step 1: Take a deep breath, relax your posture; loosen your muscles, and settle yourself down. (Go ahead; do that now; I'll wait).
Step 2: Think of something for which you are grateful. It matters not what it is. Feel it deeply; let it flow over you like a warm show-er.
Step 3: Try and feel angry, frustrated, or sad while you feel grateful.
Can't do it, huh? I knew that. It's impossible to feel bad when you feel thankful. It can't be done. Period. Gratitude and anxiety cannot exist in the same sphere; only one will survive.
So, to that end, as we enter the last month of the year, I figured - ever being the helper - that I'd provide a catalogue of reasons to stimulate gratitude; 31 of them to be exact, one for each day. Feel free to add your own.
I am grateful for...
1. Life itself!
2. My heath; even if though it's not perfect
3. This aging body that keeps pushing on, despite its imperfec-tions
4. Friends and family, even when we disagree (because they're imperfect too)
5. The unbridled, wholehearted, unconstrained, uninhibited joy my dog exhibits when I come home; no matter how short a pe-riod I was gone
6. Past relationships, existing now only in Memories who helped shape me into who I am
7. Intelligent, deep, respectful conversations over unrushed meals
8. Living where I live
9. A passing "Hello" from a stranger as we pass each other walk-ing down the street
10. My legs, which give me the ability to walk down that street
11. Light summer breezes caressing my skin on warm, sunny af-ternoons
12. The smell of the season's first rain as it washes clean the air as that same summer slips gracefully into autumn
13. The pitter-patter-plop-plip of rain heard through an open win-dow as I lie in bed at night
14. The sound of the endless cycle of waves crashing on the beach
15. Redwood trees
16. Watching tourists who stand in awe, mouth agape, craning their necks to see the top of those redwood trees for the first time
17. A roof over my head
18. Having the wherewithal to donate to those without a roof over their heads
19. Orange, red, crimson sunsets
20. Orange, red, crimson sunrises on days when I must rise early
21. Rising early to go on vacation
22. Memories of past vacations
23. Anticipation of future vacations
24. Sunday afternoons with nothing to do
25. The luxury of taking a nap on those afternoons
26. Having a job to go back to on Monday mornings
27. My co-workers on Monday mornings (and all week long)
28. A baby's uninhibited, joyful laugh at the smallest, seemingly most insignificant event
29. Seeing those same observations through the eyes of that in-fant; realizing I would have missed them if not for the inherent brilliance of that small being
30. Creativity of Spirit in all its versions
31. Your continued support of this column
Make a point each day to find at least one reason to be thankful; especially if it seems like there's no reason to feel that way.

Message From the Universe: The Power of Make Believe

"I do believe that if people would just start by saying "it's fun," when it seems hard; "I'm happy," when they seem sad; and "I know," when it seems they don't... they'd finally discover that it really is, they really are, and they always have.
Works for me,
The Universe"
The same goes with the famous phrase: "Fake it till you make it". By constantly reiterating your future success even though it feels like it will never happen, you need to make others believe that your vision is there and it won't budge for anyone or anything. The majority of people want to see others fail to feel better about their existing situation. Because they do not have the motivation to move forward, the drive to succeed, the desire to achieve greatness, they prefer that others follow the same path. They are scare to be left behind while others are living the life that most of us would die for. Make them feel that you are already on your path to greatness and NOTHING will stop you. They know they are incapable of doing anything for themselves, so the only thing they will try to do is make you feel that your goals are IMPOSSIBLE to achieve. Hope you won't let this happen.
Everything is about a personal feeling about how you perceive yourself and how much you want to succeed. It all starts with a thought, then goes the belief, and then of course the feeling it already happened, and finally ends with affirmative action. All of these four components are crucial for your thoughts to become things, and by believing in the Laws of Attraction, it is imperative to include all of those if you want to experience greatness. Just like quantum entanglement, all subatomic particles in space are somewhat connected and behave similarly to each other even though separated by thousand of light years. These 4 components means nothing by themselves, but together can make miracle happens. When you focus on achieving the impossible, always remember that you are possible and all can be done with just a bit of belief, feeling and imminently, action.

What Keeps You From Being Successful?

There are many people who work very hard all their lives and get very little worthwhile reward while others seem to attract success at whatever they do.
It is frustrating but there can be good reason in that the more successful individual has more than likely set up plans, he knows where he wants to be and knows what he needs to achieve it,
Entrepreneurs... business people and those willing to break boundaries and become successful in what they do have to deal with many obstacles.
There are challenges that must be faced and dealt with and not least of all dealing with negativity and rejection is part of being successful and innovative.
Developing the right mindset can be the key to driving you forward in your own personal journey to success.
Nelson Mandela once said " There can be no passion in playing small- in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living"
So what is holding you Back?
Have you ever thought that maybe the biggest hurdle to success could be You?
If you are guilty of negative thinking, try instead focusing on the positive aspects.
Positive thinking is a powerful tool to and it will help you overcome the many challenges and obstacles that life sometimes throws at us.
When you constantly berate yourself and focus on your flaws and failures you are creating an internal mindset that will prolong negativity and minimize the positive aspects of the situations that you encounter in your daily life.
Of course it is normal for everyone to experience some kind of self doubt but it can get out of control. If you are to become more successful in business you will need to create self confidence in yourself and the skills and products that you have to offer.
To be successful requires your time, hard work and the right business plan but it also needs you to have the right mindset...
Do you have a mindset that is fixed in believing that only others can find success in life?
We all dream of success, the elusive part is getting from dreaming about what you want to having it and enjoying it.
You can without doubt alter the way you think, your mindset can change...
You too can be a moneymaking entrepreneur by changing your mindset. Believing in your own abilities, by being prepared for hard work and by being prepared to learn from failure along the way.
For more information on a successful mindset go to http://www.clkmg.com/Bandboxer/17g0g9 where you can download a Free eBook... In this special e-book,I'll walk you through each critical step and explain what you need to do to go from where you are to where you want to be

Message From the Universe: Life's Possible Outcomes

Expert Author Daniel A Amzallag
"Shall I remind you that the reason you care so much, sometimes even worry so much, is because there still exists between you and life, a passionate love affair.
And because of this, everything's going to be just fine.
xxoo,
The Universe"
Never take life too seriously, as many stress experts would say. Embracing changes with open arms doesn't make you a passive person; it just allows you to learn how to be more flexible and more understanding to life's uncertainties. To truly understand what happiness should be is to accept the things you can't control, and whatever that is, figure out how to extract the positive out of every negative situation. You need to look at things with a different pair of lenses, where the old you would focus too much on the bad where the good is something looking you straight in the eyes but you are too blind to pay attention. Obviously, some bad things in life do not have any positive outcomes, no matter how positive you are, but these are the moments where you should take a step back and allow yourself time to analyze the existing situation and make your own conclusion. Sometime, these moments do not have any conclusion at all, and that is absolutely fine.
Life will do whatever it wants and unless you learn to accept that, you will never really live your life. Constantly fighting against it is a lost battle, so why bother. Just imagine facing Mike Tyson in the boxing ring at his peak where he had the opportunity to train hard while you never bothered working out prior to the fight. Based on this scenario, tell me how that will turn out for you. Not too good right? Well, try looking at life the same way. There are things that we can't change no matter how hard we try. Whatever comes in between your concerns of life and the actual outcomes of your life, you need to learn how to appreciate things more and be grateful.

The Power of Incremental Change - How To Make Big Changes With Small Steps

When we have a goal in life, whether it be to write a book, move house, start a new business, change careers or get married, these kinds of projects can feel overwhelming. The fight/flight part of our brain (the amygdala) can start to kick in very quickly if a project feels too big and insurmountable and we can begin to feel anxious.
According to Professor Steve Peters, author of the mind management book The Chimp Paradox, this survival part of your brain is your 'chimp'.
Your chimp is like a screaming child that tells you everything that's likely to go wrong. This part needs to be settled, otherwise it will be a constant distraction and will sabotage your attempts to make progress and move forward on your project.
So what do we do to settle this primitive part of our brain? One way is to work in what we call increments. Incremental working means having a goal and breaking that goal down into smaller activities that are easier to accomplish than the goal as a whole. For example writing a book can be broken down into:
1. Idea creation
2. Research and content creation
3. Outlining the book
4. Writing the book
5. Editing and proofing
6. Amendments
7. Publishing
What may at first seem like a big piece project (writing the book) becomes seven smaller phases each of which can be further broken down into steps and scheduled into your diary or onto your calendar. Working in this way means you are instigating change through incremental steps. This in turn means you have the tools to ensure you put yourself under just the right amount of pressure to get the job done without feeling overwhelmed. There are a few tricks, however, to bear in mind.
Timing
The trick is to find a balance between impatience (wanting to achieve your ambition too quickly) and procrastination (putting off the inevitable). When a project is too big, you risk struggling to comprehend it and as a result you may end up leaving it for later or even just dismissing it completely.
Herein lies the beginnings of procrastination due to your brain being in a state of overwhelm. If there is a time limit on your project, the longer you leave the project, the less time you have to complete it to a sufficiently high standard. You also have less time to work through the inevitable setbacks along the way.
Breaking your project down into steps that you can handle on a day-to-day basis and progressing through those steps incrementally and systematically starts to help you to find that balance. When you know how long each step will take, you know how long your entire project is going to take. This is very freeing and enables you to plan your life more effectively.
In addition, starting the process as soon as possible puts time on your side. The longer you delay in initiating your project, the bigger the blocks of activity you'll need to complete it. The bigger these blocks, the less in control of your project you'll feel.
Chunking
Another trick, therefore, is getting a balance between making your steps to big and too small. The longer your timeframe, the more creative you can be with the steps you devise. Your steps should be big enough to keep you motivated but small enough for you to feel as certain as you can that you'll complete your whole project on time. You can transfer the steps to paper in the form of a plan, or keep them in your head, depending on whether or not you're a visual person who needs to see things in written or diagram form.
Working in this way gives you an enormous sense of control, freedom and the feeling of having the wealth of time on your side. This approach to project and life management is termed in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) as 'chunking'. NLP covers the effect on the brain of how we use our language and physiology. Everything can either be 'chunked up' - creating bigger steps to enable you to be more strategic - or 'chunked down' to facilitate the management of detail.
The Process of Incremental Change
So the key to incremental change is:
1. Identify what you want to achieve (be clear on your end goal)
2. Break the goal down into chunks (phases)
3. Break down the phases down into smaller and smaller steps until you're able to start
4. Schedule the steps into your diary or onto your calendar
5. Implement the steps until you reach your goal

How To Be Determined and Accomplish Anything

Inspiring people is a great quality to possess that has made me want more out of life.
Along with inspiration came along competition and striving to be the best.
This has made me also adapt the "be hard and disciplined on yourself," philosophy.
Being competitive and number one has it's perks. So, I challenge you to be number one. And if you're not competitive it's okay. It's about being better.
Could you do this for yourself?
To succeed I learned to nourish my mind, spirit and soul. These things are the precious assets I possess. Invest in them. They are the ones that will get you closer to your dream.
I believe you must immerse yourself in your dream. This is the only way you'll stay inspired and overcome obstacles.
My dream is to become an inspirational blog writer. It's an impossibility to some, but a possibility for me. I do not understand why they can't see that.
But it's my stubbornness that also helps me keep going.
And when negativity has enter my heart. I have not let it destroy my dreams. Even when things are discouraging.
You have to keep going everyday. Push yourself to win by seeking new higher levels even if you're scared. You don't know how scared I am to fail. But I am here aren't I?
It's your responsibility to accomplish your goal. Then reap the big rewards that come with your hard earn sweat.
Just do it even if you don't know where to start by grinding everyday.
I haven't reached the height of my success yet and I work on this every day. Work has allowed me to stop thinking about quitting.
Part of life is overcoming the road blocks standing in your way by making a difference in a person's life.
And how exciting would it be if you start with yours?
So, do not give up on yourself. I imagine the difference achieving my goal will make in my life.
And I will not stop until I have let out my last dying breath when I am old and wrinkly.
But before then, I will rise above all adversities by getting better daily. Finding ways to inspire and make a difference in myself first.
The idea of being an inspirational writer, keeps me alive. I truly see a book published having my name. This is something I want to prove to myself.
The art of inspiring is a craft I haven't yet mastered and I am learning everyday. I find space to learn it.
Brendon Burchar once said something similar, "It's your responsibility to achieve your goal when people disagree with you." So, it's best I hold on tight to my dreams and goals.
I am.
Because mastering the art of inspiration will allow me to spend more time with the things I love most like: family and inspirational writing.
I want to use this gift and share it with the world because it has done wonders in me. I have achieved a lot in life by feeling inspired.
What better way to enjoy life doing the things I love most. You get the point? Just get inspired.
Start by being hard on yourself by setting goals.
To make a difference in your own life you must master your fears. They matter in achieving goals.
Adopt a healthy self-improvement journey in your life. Be competitive with your own self. It will take you places never before imagined.
Start by defining a goal and knowing where it will take you. It loses direction if you don't tell it. Your goal should have direction.
Choose a direction filled with happiness and joy. If possible choose a route with mental and spiritual awakening. I have.
You'll eventually achieve your goal along the way. Just remember that it's the small differences in life that will help you keep going.
Also do everything possible to achieve it.
I am doing everything I can. My ultimate goal is to publish an inspiring book that will encourage people to achieve theirs. I am not giving up on that.
I have come this far by setting goals and believing something special out there is for me.
Believe there's something special waiting for you too.
The only thing waiting for me is inspiring people. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the rest. I do it by pushing myself to grow each day.
It's a great feeling doing what I love doing best in this world. And I want to do that again. So, I took up the challenge to learn how to inspire by setting up a blog and sharing it.
Last week I inspired one person, and it's those little differences that help me keep going.
The more I inspire the further my confidence grew. I know I can do this.
Just work intelligently, persistently and you'll prevail. The more you invest in yourself the more you'll succeed.
Opportunities will open up to you the more you work on yourself. Allow yourself to be open.
I take every opportunity that will help me improve.
I am always on alert implementing new ideas to get better.
"Wow this is a good idea,"
I write it down to and share it.
Despite writing for years I know writing it will replace my day job. As I constantly work on getting better. I feel it getting closer.
I believe words change people. That is why it has caught my attention, how they heal, mold and transform people. As an aspiring writer it's my dream to have my work shared and
make a change in the world positively.
That is why I started a blog.
Nothing in this world is easy. Life is one long struggle and nothing is certain. I am not satisfied. So, I keep writing to change that dissatisfaction.
I wish I can work on your dream, but it would be emotionally draining. It's your responsibility to work on yours.
Even when your family and friends are doubting you. Do not be surprised. You'll come across that a lot. Do not take it personal.
Just keep improving yourself as you share your dreams to disapprovingly faces.
Perhaps they are right, but do not believe them. I don't.
Lastly, don't rush things too; slowly you'll get further. I learned this lesson the hard way.

Forgiveness: An Important Key to Unleash the Law of Attraction

Negative energy blocks the flow of positive energy; so in a similar fashion, negative emotions hinder positive events from entering into our lives. Realizing this, and the fact that it is impossible to prevent negative events (i.e. life challenges) from entering our lives altogether - or else there would be no point for a spirit to incarnate if it were never challenged - how can we limit the amount of time negative emotions have an impact on our daily lives?
Negative energy generally involves pain, and pain is often associated with anger and hard feelings; regret for having conducted some action or having been the recipient of a painful action by others. This usually means there is an event that we, as humans, did not like and our fixation on that event creates a well of negative energy that continues to affect our lives and blocks our ability to attract positive energy moving forward as we fixate on that negative event from our past (or present).
The best way to release the pain and negative energy we harbor from the past is to forgive, meaning we must forgive both those people and situations that hurt us, but more importantly we must also forgive ourselves. This may sound counterintuitive, but we cannot give to others what we, ourselves, do not possess. If we don't forgive ourselves, then we cannot forgive others. Similarly, we cannot love others if we don't love ourselves. (Sure, we might feel infatuation and desire or even jealous possession, but we won't feel true, unconditional love.) You can extend this out to just about any positive emotion: We can only feel proud of others when we feel healthy pride of ourselves. And we can only feel respect towards others when we respect ourselves. In this way, we share good, positive emotions and energy by extending the positive feelings that we hold for ourselves to enrich the lives of the people and world around us. But let's return to the discussion of overcoming energy blocks.
Just as our bodies will heal physical injuries, our consciousness wants to heal emotional injuries as well. We can heal those inner, emotional injuries by releasing the pent-up negative energy surrounding those injuries. We accomplish this release of negative energy by forgiving. In order to forgive, we must face the issue and own it. We must acknowledge that the challenge, no matter how painful, served a purpose for our soul's development during our life plan. However, we assert that from this point forward the negative energy associated with that event, which we have been carrying around with us - perhaps for far too long - no longer serves our developmental needs. We therefore choose to leave the situation behind and, in doing so, we first THANK the universe for the lesson imparted, then forgive ourselves and the people or events surrounding the pain, and finally, we envision a release of connectionsbetween our current state and the past, both the event and the people. We no longer have a need to fixate on those painful memories of the past because they have served their purpose and we have forgiven and released the negative energy. By releasing the connections, we relieve our mind from continuing to fixate on the past and allow the negative energy block to be released (or at least bypassed) so positive energy can again enter our lives.
Forgiveness is a gift that we give to ourselves. It releases us from a pain-filled past, allows positive emotions to once again enter our lives, and enables us to shape our abundant and successful tomorrows. Therefore, don't underestimate the power of forgiveness.
