One Secret Of Hidden Fear That No One Talks About!

https://ezinearticles.com/?One-Secret-Of-Hidden-Fear-That-No-One-Talks-About!&id=10154547
Rita was sitting on her back porch watching the darkness of night creep softly into the heavens. She looked in wonderous awe as the stars began lighting up the sky while dancing with delight. The mountain air soothed her soul. Yet she couldn't find peace.
Reflecting on her past and The Mystery at West Samms, she once again asked God why did this happen?
Rita was desperate to learn the reason and her heart ached with despair. It just didn't make sense that she lost everything she owned to Phantoms of Identity Theft.
Twenty eight years of hard dedicated work along with one million dollars in secure investments, life insurance, bank accounts and lost credit vanished within two weeks. The pain of her 2004 tragedy haunted her.
Rita didn't quit after her loss, she turned her attention to the internet. She learned quickly that there were even more Phantoms with online businesses. What little money she had she invested in every business model she could find. Yet regardless of her hard work and long hours, she just couldn't create a steady flow of money.
Rita built thousands of down-line members and continued to lose because of greed with a few business owners. Moving on she found a global company with excellent reviews and great products. Building a huge down-line this time was easy. And she made money for eight months.
Until she received a call from the CEO of the company that she nor her down-line would receive any commissions. The company abruptly closed its doors and dismantled the business structure. She was devastated.
And this was only the beginning of that online journey, Rita had to rebuild that million dollar nest egg again. She had never intentionally hurt anyone; what kind of Karma is this she asked. Rita prayed daily for answers and received nothing. Her life ruined for what reason?
After the bliss of her evening with nature watching the stars dance in the heavens, Rita once again asked God why her life wasn't working in her favor. She closed her eyes and waited. This time fourteen years later her mind accepted the open door of truth. She recognized her fear. God answered her prayer.
Rita built her million dollar retirement because of the fear of living on social security. This driven fear not only created a loss, but continued that loss for years to come.
Now at the age of sixty-seven Rita was living on Social Security. Her emotional passion of fear created exactly what fear does, it manifested itself into her reality and didn't leave.
Do you have a deep seeded fear? If so, please read these words carefully. Emotions manifest what we feel, not what we want.
Our emotions create our success or failure in life. Our subconscious mind totally believes what our conscious mind tells us. In Rita's life her emotional fear of living on Social Security was real and that's exactly what her subconscious mind brought to her.
One of my biggest goals in life is helping as many people as possible understand that they have the power to make their life as they want it to be. You can become whatever you set your mind to. Your Body's Mystery Chemical

Serotonin is on everyone's lips lately. This strange little neurotransmitter shows up in all sort of weird places. Its role in mood regulation is so critical that many researchers call it the 'happy molecule.' It regulates appetite too.
Hypnotists - I hope you're paying attention. This little bundle of joy is worth paying attention to.
Mood, appetite - okay, that sounds reasonable. After all, there's a link between those two. Whether you're an emotional eater or sadness kills your hunger, either way there's a connection. So maybe this one chemical is responsible for changes in both? Maybe the stereotype of crying into a pint of ice cream comes from this?
Hold on to that thought. We're not done exploring what serotonin can do.
Most people who know about serotonin heard about it because of SSRIs. These drugs - selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors - are common antidepressants. Not surprising, if it's a neurotransmitter associated with mood.
So serotonin must help with depression, right?
Well... the truth is that we don't know. That's the common view. If you talk to anyone who researches this stuff, though, they'll tell you that explanation is too simple. Some drugs that mess around with serotonin levels don't treat depression. There's something else going on, too.
My advice would be to pay attention to the latest research. You don't want to parrot the popular view, only to have a doctor wave some new paper in your face. This story is still unfolding, so just know that there are unanswered questions here.
Let's put the depression question to the side. It's a thorny issue at the best of times.
In fact, let's move outside of the brain entirely.
The neural clusters around your intestines produce almost all of your serotonin. For a neurotransmitter, it spends a lot of time outside the skull.
It regulates aspects of digestion. Serotonin regulates bowel movements and triggers nausea. And we've already mentioned appetite regulation.
When you bleed, it even helps keep you alive by forming blood clots.
It does a lot of different things, most of them physical. Are these relevant to you, as a hypnotist? They can be. This is one of the more obvious ways that mental problems can manifest as physical ones.
But really what you should focus on is this:
If a client just wants to feel better, then serotonin plays a role. If their appetite stabilises as a side effect, I doubt they'll complain. And if over the course of their time with you they happen to cut themselves, rapid healing makes for a beautiful convincer of the power of the mind.
Thoughts link to your flesh. Your issues lie in your tissues. Chemicals like serotonin are the simplest mechanism that bridges these two domains.
If you want to experience how a change in thought leads to a change in yourself, head on over and have a read:

Success and Winning Changes Everything

Success is the sum of all our small efforts. Winning isn't fast and easy. Our life is built one brick at a time and one moment at a time. But we can develop a wining attitude so that we can win.
Winning is something that builds us physically and mentally every day. You must be prepared for a roller coaster ride to win though. But that is to be expected, because winning is for the hard worker and for someone who wants it bad enough.
There are moments in life when you arrive at a crossroads. Either you keep doing the same thing with the same results or you change your life and do something completely different. Winners do the latter. Winners make a decision to win.
However, to win you must make quite a few small and some not so small tweaks in your life.
First, you have to choose your friends wisely. If they are putting you down all the time and pulling you off your path, you will never win. There is a chance that those friends are losers and want you to be as well so that they can feel comfortable hanging out with you.
Second, don't spend your time in worthless pursuits such as bar hopping or hanging out until all hours of the night. You are too busy and focused for this. This drains your energy and turns you into a loser.
Third, be focused on your goal-whatever it is. Success is commitment to the process. Successful people just put in the time honing their skills and getting better all the time. They are willing to do the work.
Fourth, winners don't expect to get easy rides. They know that it will be hard work. But they believe that it is worth it, and they are willing to put in the time and energy and make the sacrifices necessary.
Fifth, remember, you won't see results right away so don't expect them. But realize that once you are successful for a while, you will be propelled to continue to work hard until you win.
Sixth, there is no magic pill to be successful. Anyone who is willing to work hard will win. So, therefore, if you work hard, you too will win. You just must believe in yourself and trust the process.
Successful know how to win. They put in the hard work and they are willing to be focused on their goal to such an extent that they won't let anything get in the way of their pursuing it. Are you ready for the challenge? Can you decide to work past small burps in the road to your destination? All it takes is the will to win, and once you develop this will, your life will change forever.

Do You Want To Understand Yourself Or To Simply Feel Better?

If someone is in a position where they experience a fair amount of anxiety or don't feel good about themselves, they can go one of two ways. Either they can look for a way to change how they feel or they can look into why they experience life in this way and what they can do once they have found out.
When it comes to the first approach, ones main priority will be to change how they experience life. As a result of this, it might not matter how this happens as long as their life changes.
A Miserable Existence
One may have experienced life in this way for a quite some time, and this may mean that they have got to the point where they are no longer willing to tolerate it. If they have anxiety problems, they could end up going on some type of medication.
Going to see their doctor will then have been the first step that they took and this will have been what was recommended. Alternatively, one could end up working with someone who is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy.
A New Life
If they do end up going on medication, it might not be long until they start to settle down and are able to live a 'normal' life. They will still be living on the same planet but it could seem as though they are somewhere else.
On the other hand, if they have cognitive behavioural therapy, it also might not be long until they feel relaxed. Their inner world will have changed, which will cause them to experience life differently.
The Same
If they have gone on medication, they probably won't have a deeper understanding of why their life was the way it was. And, even if one was told that a 'chemical imbalance' was the reason why their life was the way it was, it is unlikely to have increased their self-knowledge.
Yet, if they ended up having cognitive behavioural therapy, it could be said that they will have a deeper understanding of themselves. Nonetheless, this might only go as far as the affect that their thoughts have on them.
A Different Route
When it comes to the second approach, one will want to change how they experience life but it won't be the only thing that is on their mind. In addition to this, they will want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Now, this could be because they are not in too much pain; then again, it might not be this black and white. They may believe that the only way for them to actually change their life is for them to understand why it is the way that it is.
On The Path
Through being this way, their life is not just going to consist of pleasure and pain - it will also include going to greater depths of their own being and gaining self-knowledge. Consequently, one may believe that what is going on for them is not something that needs to be changed or removed.
Instead, what is taking place could be seen as sign that something inside them is not right and needs to be looked at. Simply focusing on a symptom - or a number of symptoms - is then not going to interest them.
Going Deeper
So if one has an anxiety problem, what they could find is that this is because they have experienced trauma. Their whole being will be in survival mode, with this being the reason why they can't settle down.
Resolving this trauma most likely won't be easy or even pain free, but at least they will be able to deal with what is going on at the root and to gain a deeper understanding of themselves in the process. They will be doing what they need to do to reacquaint themself with themself.
Final Thoughts
If one is not in a good way and they want to gain a deeper understanding of why this is, they may need to reach out for the assistance of a therapist or healer. This can be a time when they will take a deeper look into what is taking place.
Along with this, one can look into what is going on at a deeper level. Thanks to the internet, there is plenty on information available that will allow one to understand themselves better.

How Helping Others Helps You

There's no doubt that helping people has been my life for many years. Right from the time when I was a programmer at British Aerospace and used to help my friends debug their programs to my business working with Chet Holmes and Tony Robbins as their business coach across the world.
The Huffington Post even reports on research that shows you're happier when you're helping people at work! More research also shows you live longer by contributing to others.
Of course, when I set out on my career I didn't know this research! I just loved to help people, which unfortunately when I started my own business meant I did a lot of work for nothing.
I learned my lesson - no food on the table - pretty quickly. However, that's never stopped me from helping people anyway.
The most exciting thing I found when I'm in the middle of something with other people is when they realize they can do more than they thought. A really lovely factor in coaching.
However, ultimately I realized I was only helping a small fraction of the number of people who could benefit from the knowledge and tools I had. So I wrote a short book (called Leap Ahead of Your Competitors) that was intended to help all the smaller companies with marketing and running a business. Because I wanted the maximum number of people to benefit I used to hand it out for free to those who couldn't afford my coaching but I knew would benefit from its contents.
Then I thought, part of the journey for any entrepreneur or business person is personal growth. A topic that is unseen but makes a huge difference to people, their families and people they know. So I decided to create a Facebook group called Personal Growth Tips to help people with their personal growth. If you'd like to take a peek it's at
Again, I didn't want to charge because my intention is to help as many people as possible to improve their current situations, but more than that I wanted their kids to benefit too. At the same time I know I'm not the fount of all personal growth knowledge! So I wanted to create a community that would help each other and grow together.
So, like I say the group is free to join and I'm looking at everyone who knows me to see who wants to grow and helps others do the same.
Jim Symcox coaches businesses around the world. He's also a copywriter, blogger and the author of "How to Leap Ahead Of Your Competitors".
If you'd like to receive actionable personal growth tips each day, check out this new Facebook group I launched called Personal Growth Tips. Here's the link... it's free to join... https://www.facebook.com/groups/personalgrowthtipsgroup/

Hypnosis: "Money Flows to You" Deep Trance to Attract Wealth. Binaural Beats.

How Hypnosis Can Help You Be More Outgoing

If you'd like to be more confident, charismatic and extraverted, then I have great news. Your personality stems from your brain and that's a flexible thing. You're not 'shy' - you have a set of learned habits and reactions to certain situations. And what you learn, you can unlearn. There's nothing in the rulebook that says you can't learn to be more outgoing.
There's a reason why you aren't as socially daring as you might like. It boils down to a fascinating property of the human brain:
Brains are funny.
And by funny, I mean stupid.
Consider:
Parties are fun. I don't care if you're an introvert - they're still fun. Unless you hang out with the wrong people. That's a different problem.
There's a social gathering and you don't feel like going. But you have to make an appearance, so you drag yourself there.
Ten minutes later, you're having the time of your life.
It doesn't always work out this way, but it often does.
What causes this? Well, it's a complex, personal thing. But I will say that, often, it's our minds trying to protect us.
Your mind is a capable guardian but sometimes it needs a little... correcting.
Yes, socialising sometimes has left you exhausted. Yes, connecting with people opens you to ridicule. And yes, these are things worth avoiding. I don't disagree with your inner mind on this.
But its so-called solution - to shut down all social interaction - isn't as good as the other solutions. When you have the powers of heightened intuition, incredible charisma and quick thinking, who needs to fear social interactions?
Your mind sometimes thinks it needs to. Does this make them naïve or wise?
Well, which way is the wind blowing?
In general, your mind is excellent at protecting you. Part of you constantly scans the world for physical danger. Another part searches for social dangers - ridicule, threats to your status, that sort of thing. These parts of you learn from your experiences. If you learn that being outgoing is too risky, then you're less likely to do it.
Unlearning things like this is easier than you think.
If you can imagine wooing a crowd of strangers, then you know how to do it. On some level you think, "If I smile like this and gesture like that, they'll go weak at the knees." But on the same level, you also think, "But I'd better not."
You can change that, if you want to. Your inner guardian can learn how to protect you from threats, not opportunities. It's the same process as learning anything else - know what you want, figure out how to do it and practice.
There's a shortcut, though. If you want to unlearn the old habits and really embrace a bolder personality, then hypnosis is like your brain going under the knife. A few snips and the unwanted thoughts dissolve. It operates at the level of your inner mind, speaking a language it understands.
A new world is waiting for you. It's on the other side of the moment where you turn your focus inwards.
Check out how:

WINNERS MINDSET - Best Motivational Video

Unlock Your Life's Purpose With These Motivation Tips

Does it seem like it takes a lot of motivation to just take that first step of starting a new project, article or business venture? Are you unsure or confused as to what God's will or purpose is in your life?
There is so much more to life than living out each day and not having a purpose for that day. How many miraculous blessings have I missed throughout my life just squandering the days away and expecting to be blessed when I don't focus on God's will or purpose?
I love to write but sometimes my lack of motivation keeps me from my writing. When I am motivated, it gives me the will to create, be productive and achieve a sense of satisfaction. I actually get things accomplished, which in turn takes my inaction to action and I feel growth, and a feeling of significance and more power because of mastering my purpose in this life.
By excelling my motivation, I then have the opportunity to touch other people's lives by my writing and so it becomes the main focus of my life that I enjoy. When I learn to overcome being stuck and become motivated, I am living out my dream of spreading the word of God and His powerful influence in my life.
I have found that the results for living out God's plan for my life now opens the door for more blessings... how great is that?
You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. Hebrews 10:36
The best way to stay motivated for whatever your life's purpose, is to not worry specifically what that is. The best thing to do is take action! Create a schedule that is realistic and stick to it. Do God's will and it will happen naturally and in His timing as shown:
" For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11.
Your schedule will be something similar to this depending on your God-given talent or area of interest:
Every day is a great opportunity to:
Start off the day with prayer. Read the Bible and or listen to a recorded Christian radio show. My favorite is Intouch.org with Charles Stanley. The online radio broadcast lasts about twenty minutes. After dinner, read the Bible and do Bible study. If there is a church service today, it's good to attend and co-mingle with other people of faith and learn more about His word. Volunteer for help needed when you feel the Holy Spirit prompting you.
Day One:
Reach out to friends and relatives that are not saved and have a friendly conversation. Tell them about what great things God has done for you and is presently doing in your life, and lead them to Christ.
Day Two:
Write an article or work on your particular project and donate something or time to charity.
Day Three:
Do marketing for articles and or products and submit articles to other Christian blogs and social media. Also posting comments on blogs or forums with the related website link will allow for more exposure.
Rinse and Repeat! Now there may be some days where you need to work overtime or a big event comes up and some things need to be moved around. Being there for your family also is a huge priority. Raise your children with more attention and Godly discipline and you will have fewer worries when they are grown!
Another way to achieve even more motivation is to be aware that the days are short and you never know when you may run out of time to fulfill God's will.
Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. James 4:14
Do as much as you can weekly and record your daily accomplishments. Add extra or different Godly activities that fit your life. Review them weekly and see if you are staying motivated for God's Kingdom and watch how you soon will discover your life's purpose!

Message From the Universe: The Power of Make Believe

"I do believe that if people would just start by saying "it's fun," when it seems hard; "I'm happy," when they seem sad; and "I know," when it seems they don't... they'd finally discover that it really is, they really are, and they always have.
Works for me,
The Universe"
The same goes with the famous phrase: "Fake it till you make it". By constantly reiterating your future success even though it feels like it will never happen, you need to make others believe that your vision is there and it won't budge for anyone or anything. The majority of people want to see others fail to feel better about their existing situation. Because they do not have the motivation to move forward, the drive to succeed, the desire to achieve greatness, they prefer that others follow the same path. They are scare to be left behind while others are living the life that most of us would die for. Make them feel that you are already on your path to greatness and NOTHING will stop you. They know they are incapable of doing anything for themselves, so the only thing they will try to do is make you feel that your goals are IMPOSSIBLE to achieve. Hope you won't let this happen.
Everything is about a personal feeling about how you perceive yourself and how much you want to succeed. It all starts with a thought, then goes the belief, and then of course the feeling it already happened, and finally ends with affirmative action. All of these four components are crucial for your thoughts to become things, and by believing in the Laws of Attraction, it is imperative to include all of those if you want to experience greatness. Just like quantum entanglement, all subatomic particles in space are somewhat connected and behave similarly to each other even though separated by thousand of light years. These 4 components means nothing by themselves, but together can make miracle happens. When you focus on achieving the impossible, always remember that you are possible and all can be done with just a bit of belief, feeling and imminently, action.

The pleasure trap: Douglas Lisle at TEDxFremont

Is Pleasure an Addiction?

When I naïvely asked the above question over a very pleasurable lunch with my friends, I got the following not very pleasurable reactions:
"Give me a break-having a few drinks after shopping for a couple hours is an addiction?"
"Are you telling us that having a good time addictive?"
My answer: "Okay, guys, what do you expect me to do, here" -leave, or explain what I was trying to say?"
Their response: "You're addicted to explanations, anyway, so go ahead and clarify your statement."
What is pleasure?
Pleasure is "A feeling of happy satisfaction and enjoyment, or an event or activity from which one derives enjoyment."
Here's my question for you: What do you really enjoy a lot?
Video games? Gambling? Drinking alcohol? Eating sugary foods? Shopping? Using street drugs? Cheating on your partner? Watching TV endlessly... watching porn or scary movies?
All of the above could become addictions.
Why?
Because they give you pleasure; they stimulate the brain's pleasure centre.
Any kind of stimulation of the pleasure centre releases massive amounts of dopamine, which is a neurotransmitter and a neurohormone produced in the brain.
Don't stimulate your brain's pleasure centre too often-you can wear it out! The intense and repeated release of dopamine will damage the receptors in your brain and cause them to tire of stimulation.
We people like dopamine very much. In the field of science, dopamine is called "the pleasure neurotransmitter." With adequate amounts of dopamine, we feel good, happy, and satisfied.
And what's wrong with that? Nothing, really... except that many illegal drugs and the other things people enjoy, such as those mentioned above, also target with the brain's pleasure receptors, releasing dopamine and contributing to possible addiction.
Individuals who are addicted engage in the process of releasing dopamine even if they know it's bad for them.
The brain's pleasure centre can be damaged not only by overuse but by toxins or head trauma, as well. The result is the same.
After a while, an individual will need more stimulation or more extended periods of intense stimulation just to release adequate amounts of dopamine. What follows this overuse is that the brain's pleasure centre will be less responsive.
Translated, less responsive simply means that the brain will produce less dopamine.
But we do need dopamine-right?
Yes, we do. However, when less dopamine is released, a person may be headed for depression or for an addiction to the original stimulus (e.g., nicotine, drugs, alcohol).
In the beginning, a person turns to "pleasure"; after the brain's pleasure receptors are overused for a period of time, however, he or she is at risk for addiction.
In light of the information I've just shared, is the question, "Is pleasure an addiction" a valid one? The answer is a definite "yes," since any overuse of pleasure can lead to addiction.
Of course, it's important to enjoy the things you love-doing so makes for a happy and satisfying life. However, as the saying goes, "All things in moderation." If you keep this in mind, you'll steer clear of the path to addiction.

We Need To Get Back To Nature

We no longer live in an agrarian society.
At the beginning of our country almost everyone lived off the land and were close to nature, being as it was, people were close to the land and cherished what was important in life.
When you live close to the land and nature, you begin to realize the importance of God and nature in your life. You sense a closeness to God and others that cannot be felt in an urban environment.
Living in a rural area, people develop a sense of community to nature and others, you learn to depend on others and others learn to depend on you.
You have a relationship with your neighbor and have an obligation to help if needed, knowing they will help you if the need arises. You become like family and share the so-called bad times with the good.
Sure, they know your business and you know theirs, but what difference does it makes, you are all in this life together, they are there for you if needed. That isn't going to happen if they don't know you.
I would sooner know my business, the good, bad and the ugly, than be ignored when assistance is needed.
In an urban environment, that closeness disappears, people begin to depend on a unresponsive and uncaring government to satisfy all their social, economic, and financial needs.
Government officials have no interest in the individual other than being able to solicit their votes on election day. There is no personal involvement and no common bond, no incentive to care for the individual, the individual just becomes a number.
We must learn and understand the government doesn't solve any of our problems, they just add to them. They can't, when they help one group, they consequently harm another group, it's a continuous cycle, all of their supposed assistance only increases our dependence on them.
When you depend on someone or something, they control you. How many women detest being under the control of a man, but yet welcome government control of their lives, in other ways than the abortion issue?
As people begin clustering into large cities, their contact with nature dwindles. How long has it been since you walked barefoot on the soil, without shoes or socks to disconnect you from mother nature, how long has it been since you walked a beautiful beach at sunset?
How long has it been since you enjoyed a sunset in nature, or seen the stars, unobstructed by smog, honking horns, or city noise.
How long has it been since you could depend on a neighbor or even know their name or anything about them?
Most of our social problems could be solved if we just knew our neighbors, their joys and problems, and took part in their lives to help when needed, and if we enjoyed a close relationship with nature.
I guessing it has been way too long.
